[Sunscreen Special] LG Household & Health Care: Lightweight and Fresh Application Increases Satisfaction

Research and development (R&D) are the key drivers of corporate growth.

A robust R&D infrastructure produces high-quality products, which increases sales and enhances consumer trust in the company.

Despite the complexity of this process, leading domestic cosmetics companies have heavily invested in the R&D of sunscreens.

As a result, they have produced innovative products with advanced technologies, capturing the domestic market and making significant inroads into international markets, thus sparking the 'K-Sunscreen' trend.

LG Household & Health Care has introduced sunscreens that align with consumer trends, offering lightweight and refreshing formulations that can be applied without clumping. The flagship products are the 'CNP After-Ray Cooling Sunquid' and 'O HUI Day Shield Sunquid.'

Keeping up with the current trend of preferring natural-feeling sunscreens, LG Household & Health Care has released 'ultra-low viscosity' sunscreens that apply lightly without stickiness.

The 'Sunquid' is a liquid-type sunscreen that can be layered multiple times without causing a white cast or clumping, providing a fresh feel.

According to the LG Household & Health Care Technology Research Center, this product features 'UV Blocker Water Dispersion Stabilization Technology,' allowing it to be used immediately without shaking.

Additionally, it comes in a 'Triple Layer Brow' container, which prevents the ultra-low-viscosity formulation from leaking and allows for precise usage.

The container is slim, easy to grip, portable, and has a dual-packing structure to prevent leaks during storage.

LG Household & Health Care's CNP brand has launched the 'CNP After-Ray Cooling Sunquid (SPF50+/PA++++),' which has an average viscosity 84% lower than existing products, giving it a barely-there feel.

It uses technology to densely and evenly disperse oil-based sunscreens.

The product contains Repair Peptide and Glue-Hyaluronic Acid, which protect weakened skin, provide immediate moisture, and improve the skin barrier and hydration.

It also offers an immediate cooling effect, reducing skin temperature by 6 degrees, which helps soothe irritated skin.

O HUI's 'Day Shield Sunquid (SPF50+/PA++++)' not only provides UV protection but also includes essential skincare benefits.

The new formula adds 'Ecto Hyalukeeper Complex' to the vital ingredient of the existing Day Shield product, Chrysin Pro™, enhancing moisturization, soothing, and firming effects.

This product also has a cooling effect that lowers skin temperature upon application, alleviating the heat from sun exposure.

The ultra-low viscosity formulation flows like water without stickiness or a white cast, making it easy to apply to the arms, legs, shoulders, and back.

An LG Household & Health Care representative stated, "The ultra-low viscosity sunscreens significantly improve upon traditional products' heavy and oppressive feel. We hope consumers will enjoy the light and refreshing protection these sunscreens offer for summer skin health."
