On July 23, JSK Biomed signed a global distribution agreement with Fotona d.o.o and held a signing ceremony to commemorate the event.

On July 23, JSK Biomed signed a global distribution agreement with Fotona d.o.o and held a signing ceremony to commemorate the event.

The ceremony marked the beginning of a global partnership between JSK Biomed and Fotona d.o.o., aiming to share their vision and strategies for leading the medical device market. In attendance were Matjaz Lukac, Chairman of Fotona d.o.o., and Dr. Jan Bogataj, Fotona KOL (Key Opinion Leader), who visited Korea in person to underscore the significance of the partnership and outline future plans.

Under this agreement, JSK Biomed has granted Fotona d.o.o. global distribution rights. Fotona d.o.o. will configure the products for optimal integration with its laser devices and distribute them across Europe, North America, Asia, and other regions through its global sales network.

This strategic alliance enables JSK Biomed to leverage Fotona's well-established supply chain, facilitating swift market entry and efficient outreach not only to new buyers but also to hospitals and clinics that already own Fotona devices. Fotona d.o.o, in turn, aims to move beyond its traditional single-sale equipment model to establish a recurring revenue system through consumable products, generating tangible synergy for both companies.

Chairman Matjaz Lukac of Fotona d.o.o. emphasized, “This partnership has been designed to create powerful synergy by combining both companies' global networks, clinical expertise, and technological capabilities.
