Kimjungmoon Aloe announced that its Jeju farm and factory, as well as its aloe botanical garden, located in Seongsan-eub, Seogwipo-si, Jeju, were introduced on the MBC program 'Oneul N,' which aired on the 4th.
The broadcast highlighted Kimjungmoon Aloe's 50-year-old founding philosophy, the excellence of its aloe produced in pristine Jeju, and the company's cultivation and processing sites.
According to the company, Kimjungmoon Aloe's Jeju farm and factory cultivates 3-year-old aloe on a site spanning approximately 10,000 pyeong (about 8.15 acres or 33,000 square meters).
It supplies the freshest and safest aloe ingredients to consumers through a one-stop production system that completes all processes from harvesting to processing within a single day.Aloe, often called the ginseng and red ginseng of the West, is recorded as 'Nohwe' in the Donguibogam, a classic Korean medical text. The record states that "its nature is cold, it has no toxicity, and it controls heat, hich is why aloe has been used like a medicine for treating dermatitis and wounds since ancient times
Aloe has three major benefits.
First, it boosts immunity. It achieves this by activating macrophages and dendritic cells, as well as by increasing the number of immune cells and strengthening the function of NK cells.
Aloe is also effective for promoting gut health. It's known to help with the treatment of conditions like gastritis, esophagitis, stomatitis, and colon ulcers. It also reduces inflammation in the large intestine and improves constipation by promoting intestinal movement. Furthermore, aloe helps make the stomach comfortable by decreasing stomach acidity and improving the water retention of stool, which in turn facilitates bowel movements and boosts the overall quality of life.
Skin health is another undeniable benefit. Aloe excels at cooling and soothing the skin, which makes it an excellent remedy for sunburns caused by UV rays in the summer. In addition to topical application, consuming aloe can help suppress melanin production (which causes freckles, melasma, and blemishes) and sebum secretion. It's also known to help neutralize and balance both dry and oily skin.

In particular, the aloe botanical garden located within the Kimjungmoon Aloe farm and factory is the world's largest aloe exhibition space. It houses approximately 450 out of 600 species of aloe known to exist worldwide, all available in one place. The garden also displays various other plants, including bulbs like camellias and daffodils, as well as orchids. This diverse collection helps the space stand out as a theme park, not just a simple farm.
The aloe theme park (botanical garden) is open to the general public for free and is gaining popularity as a place where both tourists and residents can experience the various charms of aloe. Going beyond a simple production space, it is developing into a venue for healing and learning where nature, visitors, and the local community can interact.
A Kimjungmoon Aloe official stated, "It was very meaningful to be able to introduce Kimjungmoon Aloe's research and development efforts and the infinite potential of aloe through the broadcast. Going forward, we will continue to make even more innovative efforts to realize our philosophy of healthy beauty and a 100-year-old company."
