COSMAX Group announced on June 23 that it had participated in 'HNC 2026 (Healthplex Expo 2026, Natural & Nutraceutical Products China 2026)', a health functional food B2B expo held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China from June 15 to 17. HNC is Asia's largest B2B trade event, bringing together global health food companies from ingredient suppliers to ODM (research, development and manufacturing) firms.

COSMAX Group's health food ODM subsidiaries COSMAX NBT and COSMAX Bio set up a joint booth at the expo under the theme 'COSMAX Science of Wellness: Advanced Tech in Your Daily Routine'. The two companies presented a one-stop booth encompassing ingredients, formulations, packaging, and cross-border e-commerce (CBEC).
COSMAX Group highlighted the synergies of both companies as a 'Total Health Partner', taking full responsibility for the entire process from planning and development to production and supply. As a result, approximately 500 brands visited the booth for actual product development consultations, affirming the group's standing as a global ODM partner. The two companies also jointly received the 'Smart Manufacturing Technology Innovation Leadership Award' at this year's event.

■ Strong Q1 Results Underpin Accelerated Global Health Food Market Expansion
COSMAX Group's participation in HNC 2026 is backed by strong financial performance from its health food subsidiaries. COSMAX NBT posted consolidated revenue of KRW 93.3 billion in Q1 of this year, up 29.2% year on year. The Korean subsidiary grew 40.6% driven by accelerated entry into new distribution channels, while the Australian subsidiary surged 82.1%, proving the group's global growth momentum.
COSMAX Bio likewise recorded revenue of KRW 47.9 billion in the same period, a 28% increase year on year, firmly maintaining profitability by actively responding to local promotional activities in China.
